Heather has been an amazing person to work with in our search for a house in Ridgefield – especially as we were living in Florida and were only able to visit a couple of times. Imagine buying a house sight unseen – well based on videos only?? That can only happen if there is complete trust in the realtor and Heather has proved to be that rarest of the rare!

Many times we asked ourselves if we were asking too much of her as she visited house after house and sent us countless videos. Over many months we rejected one house after another and not once did she lose faith in being certain that we would ultimately succeed in our quest for the right property. We made numerous offers and even pulled out of a deal at the last minute but Heather remained cheerful and determined throughout – it cannot have been easy for her to say the least.

We never ceased to be amazed about her commitment to our project – phones calls, texts and emails 7 days a week is way above the standard call of duty but really made a massive difference for us as we sat in Florida and wondered how we could ever manage this project.
